Email support@tesserapark.com. In the app, Me, then Help and feedback, reaches us too.

Delete your Tessera Park account

Sign in, then open Delete account. Or email support@tesserapark.com from the address you sign in with, and we will delete it for you.

Your email, name, photo, school and reviews are erased right away, and you are signed out for good. Your lot reports and parks stay as anonymous records. The full details are in our privacy policy.

Crash and error reports are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted. If you delete your account, we remove its link from those reports right away.
